Jadon Newman, CCIM | Chief Executive Officer A seasoned commercial real estate professional and entrepreneur, Jadon’s expertise lies in Real Estate Investing, Development and Financing. In 2002, Jadon founded Streamline Funding Group, knowntoday as a market leader in “Hard Money Lending.” Recognizing a need in the market for a full-service real estate investment banking and development firm, Jadon founded Noble Capital in 2004 and has never looked back. In 2004, Jadon successfully completed the highly coveted CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) advanced Real Estate Education. In addition to numerous industry trade affiliations and certifications, Jadon also holds his Texas Mortgage Brokers License, his Real Estate License and his Texas Group Insurance License. He has completed over 900 hours of training in these fields. Together with Noble Capital’s Executive Leaders, Jadon is dedicated to providing growth opportunities for Noble’s clients, employees and industry colleagues.
Kirk M. Slack, CCIM | Executive Director, Real Estate As Executive Director of Real Estate, Kirk oversees the direction of the Company’s Real Estate Development and Asset Management departments. The Development group oversees the acquisitions and development of the Company’s Commercial Real Estate Properties while the Asset Management group directs the operations and financial management of the commercial real estate portfolio. Kirk also oversees the “REO Workout” department where the Company manages the disposition of REO’s (Foreclosures) from the Company’s Lending Division. Kirk’s industry achievements include the acquisition of over $400 million of Class A institutional properties, as well as managing a national portfolio in excess of $350 million. He also has significant experience structuring third-party financing, as well as the development of commercial properties. Kirk completed is undergraduate work and obtained a Master’s degree in Land Economics and Real Estate from Texas A&M University. He also holds the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation.
Marc A. Rankin | Executive Director, Business Development Marc joined the Noble team in 2006 with a mission of realigning the vision and brand for Noble’s three business units. Marc joined the Executive Leadership Team of Noble as the Director of Business Development, and also oversees marketing and product conception of Noble’s offerings. Marc also leads the charge in developing key partnerships with institutions, industry colleagues, and other important relationships. Marc most previously served as Chief Marketing Officer for Horseshoe Bay Resort just west of Austin. Playing a critical role in the redevelopment of the 10,000 acre resort, Marc was part of the team that launched Texas’ first Marriott Resort Hotel and Centex Destination Properties’ “The Waters” project featuring 350 luxury waterfront villas. Alumni of the University of Texas at Austin and former member of the Longhorn Football Team, Marc is very involved in organizations such as the Real Estate Council of Austin, Young Men’s Business League, and The American Marketing Association.
