  •  Investment banking operation behind the management of the PLN: Noble Capital has operated a successful investment banking operation for six years now. Much of the firms investments opportunities have been offered to investors in an add hoc fashion. The firm has successfully managed over 250 mortgage lending transactions and over 20 real estate acquisitions & development projects to date.
To date, not one Investor with Noble Capital has lost a penny of their principal investment. Noble is proud of that record and will go to great lengths in fighting to defend it.

  •  Diversification: The company plans on taking advantage of the central Texas market for years to come, however markets are cyclical in nature and their will come a time when the company looks to invests into other emerging marketplaces. Noble will employ a strategy of maintaining responsible diversification from a geographical and asset class concentration standpoint.

  •  Nimble nature of the company: Noble Capital has taken measures to bring a high level of professionalism and expertise to the firm. With that said, the company has also committed to staying lean in respect to operating cost and overhead. The company emphasizes earnings from operations and considers revenues from operations to be a vital measure of the success of the company.
Unlike larger operations that carry a heavy load, Noble Capital’s PLN will not be looked to as the primary support for the firm’s operations. Noble’s established mortgage banking operation generates the primary operational revenues for the firm. This allows the firm to stay agile and opportunistic when timing &
opportunity crosses paths.

Noble defines Asset based investing as the strategy of maintaining the investment basis well below the market value of the investment. The PLN will share this approach with a focus on asset based lending on investment real estate that is underwritten and valued from an investment approach.
